Terms of Service

Booking and Payment

To book an excursion, a deposit of 20% is required. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to departure, we will refund 50% of the deposit. If you cancel within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas.

• Bookings are non-transferable
• Changes to bookings may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify excursions
• You must provide accurate information when booking
• We are not responsible for third-party services

Liability and Insurance

We are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during an excursion, unless caused by our negligence. We recommend you have adequate travel insurance.

Participant Requirements

You must be in good physical health and meet the age requirements for the excursion.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be in good physical condition
• You must follow instructions from guides
• You must respect local customs and environment
• You must have necessary vaccinations and medications

Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing within 30 days of the excursion. We will respond within 14 days.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you.
